In the heart of the Authie Valley, come and discover France's last remaining complete Cistercian Abbey from the 18th century. The adjoining gardens are home to some amazingly diverse highlights.
Founded in 1137 in direct filiation of Cîteaux by the counts of Ponthieu, Valloires is one of the few abbeys in 2000 of the Order took, from the twelfth century, a significant proportion of land, creating at the same time important living homes, prayer and work.
