La Villa du Ridin, a large, furnished house of 160 m² situated in Le Crotoy, is available to rent on a monthly basis during the winter months.

Availability:
from 1 November 2026 to 15 March 2027

The property is available to let on a monthly basis, with the option to renew month by month, subject to the villa’s availability and prior agreement.

Spacious and comfortable, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people and comprises:
On the ground floor:
A double-height living area: dining room, lounge with television and wood-burning fireplace,
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, electric hob, crockery.
A double bedroom: walk-in wardrobe, 160×200 bed, television
A bathroom: double washbasins, bath and shower.
A separate toilet.

Upstairs:
A double bedroom: 140 × 190 bed
A bathroom: double washbasins, bath and toilet
A mezzanine with a sitting area
A third bedroom: with 4 single beds and a television
A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
Enclosed garden. Gas heating.
The house is fully furnished and equipped to allow you to move in comfortably straight away.

Terms: Rent: €1,400 per month
Service charges: €250 per month
One pet allowed
Security deposit: 1 month’s rent
Monthly tenancy only.

This year, Le Ridin welcomes you until 1 November 2026 so you can continue to enjoy the Baie de Somme, our heated indoor swimming pool and our restaurant.
Then, from Monday 21 September, bookings open for 2027.
In Le Crotoy, in the Hauts-de-France region, Yelloh! Village Le Ridin will welcome you from 26 March 2027 to 7 November 2027.

From September 20th to 27th, Camping Le Ridin will be delighted to welcome a group of cyclists for a week dedicated to sport and discovering our beautiful region!

During this period, the presence of this group may result in increased attendance at our restaurant, particularly during certain service periods. The restaurant may therefore be busier or fully booked at times, and waiting times may be slightly longer.
