Reception opening hours
In the low season:
from 9 a.m. to 12 noon in the mornings and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the afternoons

In the high season: from 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Holidaymakers likely to arrive an hour after we close reception for exceptional reasons are asked to telephone +33 (0)3 22 27 03 22 during reception opening hours, to warn us of their late arrival and arrange where practicable a late check-in. For further information, refer to the FAQ.

Campers intending to leave before the reception opening time should pay amounts due the day before.

asked questions
For the PITCHES, arrivals take place from 2 p.m. onwards. You must leave by 12 noon at the latest.
For the MOBILE HOMES arrivals take place from 4 p.m. onwards.
Departures should take place by 10 a.m. at the latest.
In case of late arrival (after reception closes), warn reception beforehand of this (or by 5 p.m. at the latest) by telephoning us on +33 (0)3 22 27 03 22 so as to be able to collect the key to your accommodation.
You can plan for a late departure at 5 pm. by payment of an extra charge, solely in the low season, depending upon availability.
Yes, this campsite is partially adapted to accommodate Persons with Reduced Mobility. The “Les Bernaches” accommodation is particularly designed to accommodate persons with reduced mobility. For more information on our specialist accommodation facilities, please contact the campsite reception on +33 (0)3 22 27 03 22.
As part of a stay in holiday rental accommodation, a villa or a house or on a pitch with a private sanitary block, you will be requested to pay a deposit.
We will return all, part or none of the deposit at the end of your stay. A deduction will be made from the retained amount, on providing supporting invoices, for any ultimate damage noted in the premises inventory when you leave. The deposit retained does not exclude additional necessary payments from you, should charges then due exceed the total deposit amount.
Yes, a premises inventory is completed on arrival by the guest and on departure by the campsite, with the housekeeper comparing the premises condition at the two rental points.
All items either broken or damaged are the responsibility of holidaymakers, as well as the cost of putting the premises back into order if that were to prove necessary.
The campsite is located 2 kilometres from the Le Crotoy beach, the only beach in the North facing south, with easy access by cycle paths 800 metres from the campsite.
The campsite is located 2 kilometres from the centre of the village of Le Crotoy and its shops.
Yes, you are able to enjoy the company of your four-legged friends (save for category 1 and category 2 dangerous dogs) even during the holiday, with the management’s agreement. However, please do not forget to bring a lead and to muzzle them, for the peace of mind of all guests on the campsite.
Animals are welcome both on the pitches and in the cottage rentals with an extra charge.
At the campsite reception, you will find bags for faeces.
Yes, there is a Wi-Fi connection across the entire campsite. Please see our conditions at reception.
It is possible to hire bicycles for a 1/2 day, or a full day. For adults and children alike. Map for exploring and details of cycle paths are available at the campsite reception.
It is also possible to hire a trailer.
We can lend you a helmet, baby seat, basket and bike lock.

No, our campsite does not accept VACAF vouchers (Holiday Assistance from the Family Allowance Fund).
Desperate times call for desperate measures! As part of the COVID-19 epidemic, the safety and the health of our staff and of holidaymakers has been established as a priority.
With Yelloh! Village campsite, we have put in place a certain number of health measures, amongst them:
  • -Simplified arrival procedures
  • -Maps and rerouted traffic systems
  • -Road markings
  • -A reminder of good practice through notice boards
  • -Availability of alcohol-based hand sanitizer
  • -Attentive listening and support from our teams in the essential gestures to adopt
  • -Longer cleaning times
  • -An increase in steps requiring extra care
  • -An increase in the number of times common areas are cleaned
If, at the date of your stay there is:
  • -A lockdown or restrictions on travelling a given number of kilometres preventing you from coming to the campsite
  • -Closure of borders
  • -Administrative closure of the campsite
  • -A placing into quarantine of a guest upon arrival or when such a guest returns home
A credit or a reimbursement as you wish will be offered for the amounts paid for the stay which has not taken place
If, at the date of your stay or in the week preceding your stay, you are:
  • -Ill with COVID
  • -A contact case or subject to the French restriction to being in groups of seven vaccinated individuals
  • -Your holidays are cancelled by your employer
  • -And many other reasons…
You are covered if you subscribe to the cancellation guarantee
All ultimate complaints concerning non-conformity of services relating to contractual commitments can be indicated by mail or e-mail to the management of the village concerned or to Yelloh! Village.
During a dispute with one of the establishments of our group, you can contact us in the following way:
  • -Sending a letter by recorded post with an acknowledgment of receipt to the management of the relevant village
  • -Sending a copy of this letter to the customer service department at customerservice@yellohvillage.com or by letter to YELLOH! VILLAGE - BP68 - 7 Chemin du Môle - 30220 AIGUES MORTES
  • -If the response is unsatisfactory for you, you can contact the Centre de Médiation C2MC, after a time period of 1 month, following sending these letters/e-mails. You should post a file online on the following website https://www.cm2c.net/ or by letter to: 4 Rue Saint Jean 75017 Paris

Accommodating groups

If you wish, we can also organise walks for you (hiking in the Baie de Somme estuary accompanied by a guide, observing the seal colony, a guided tour of the Parc Ornithologique du Marquenterre ornithological park and nature reserve, crossing the bay by steam train between Le Crotoy and Saint Valery and many other trips besides…).

How to get here

Coming from Rouen
On the A28 Autoroute motorway, take the 1st exit for Baie de Somme-Le Crotoy.
Then follow for Le Crotoy via the minor roads the D40 then the D940. Before coming into Le Crotoy, at the roundabout go straight on, taking the 2nd road on your right, drive for 500 metres and the Yelloh! Village Le Ridin campsite is on your right.

From Paris, Reims, Amiens, Calais, Brussels and Amsterdam
On the A16 Autoroute motorway, take exit 23 for Abbeville Nord. Follow for
Le Crotoy on the D40 then the D940. Before coming into Le Crotoy, at the first roundabout go straight on, take the 2nd road on your right, drive for 500 metres and the Yelloh! Village Le Ridin is on your right.

Near the Rue and Noyelles sur Mer train stations
you can reach the campsite by shuttle, taxi, or on request, we can come and get you. If coming by train take the Paris – Calais – Boulogne line.
